Preventive procedures taken by the logistics company management to prevent the Corona pandemic virus (Covid-19)

In compliance with the management of the logistics company for storage services in its role in maintaining the safety of workers, customers and all hesitants, as well as the safety of all stored goods and after reviewing the general advice and recommendations issued by the World Health Organization and in implementation of the state’s policies for prevention and limiting the spread of the Corona virus (Covid-19) and since our company Working in the field of food, we have followed all preventive procedures and requirements with the highest degree of efficiency in order to reduce the spread of the virus by taking the following procedures:

First:- Converting the attendance and departure fingerprint devices to the face print in order to avoid any infection by touch.

Second:- Measuring the temperature by means of remote thermal sensors to ensure, in principle, that any visitor or worker is free of symptoms related to the Coronavirus.

Third: - Ensure that hands are sterilized before passing through the company's security gate.

Fourth:- Providing security gates with automatic sterilization passages equipped with antiseptic materials that comply with specifications and are approved by the relevant health authorities.

Fifth:- disinfection all cars before entering the company’s gates.

Sixth:- The commitment of all workers inside the refrigerator to wear the face cheild.

Seventh:- Requiring all customers and their employees to wear masks inside the refrigerator and the corridors of the company.

Eighth:- Periodic disinfection of all surfaces, doors, administrative offices and toilets of the company with disinfectants in conformity with specifications.

Ninth: - Installing hand disinfection units with an alcohol-based antiseptic covering all places of the company.

Tenth: - Installing (walkers) for the feet on the entrances to the refrigerator, the administrative building, and security. They are provided with antiseptic materials to wipe the shoes in them to ensure that no viruses are attached to them before passing through the corridors of the company.

Eleventh: - Implementing the state’s decisions regarding reducing the employments by making alternate schedules for all employees of the company, commensurate with the nature of work in each company’s management.
